Exhibitors – Value for Money and for Business Opportunities
To ensure our exhibitors get real value for money we offer comprehensive support to help make the most of the show and achieve return on investment. To help maximize time in attendance and the guaranteed business opportunities of IMEX America, all support is offered free of charge and included in the booth cost.
Typically different from most other shows in the US, there are no extra charges for registrations. Exhibitors can register as many staff members as they wish – registrations are unlimited.
Entry – Free to All
Registration is free and simple. Unlike most other US trade shows, IMEX America offers complimentary entry for industry professionals in the meetings, incentive travel, conferences and events industry. There is no financial cost involved to register for or to attend the show.
Education – Free to Attend
The educational program is offered at no charge. In conjunction with the leading associations and industry thought leaders, there will be numerous educational events and seminars held before, around and after the show days. All are welcome at no cost to you – although do note that as sessions can be limited by room capacity restrictions, places are not guaranteed. Plan your educational needs before the show. Be inspired, develop your career and learn about the newest thinking and ideas in the industry.

As one of the world’s leading destinations for meetings and events, Las Vegas hosts over 20,000 meetings, conventions and exhibitions per year. With excellent infrastructure, superb transport connections from across the US and with many direct international flights, Las Vegas is the perfect hub and home for IMEX America – and can be reached cost effectively.

Combined, The Venetian and The Palazzo hotels showcase the world’s finest all-suite accommodations, dining, shopping, spa, and entertainment venues – all under one roof with more than 7,000 suites. As the host hotels for IMEX America, special rates have been negotiated for participants.

IMEX America Hosted Buyers – Free Travel and Accommodation
Our unique model of hosted buyer program brings together the largest number of hosted buyers at any event in the US. IMEX America will be hosting over 2,000 pre-qualified association, corporate and agency buyers. Travel and accommodation costs are included as part of the hosted buyer program.
