Association hosted buyers also have the opportunity to attend the IMEX America Association Day and Evening, presented by ASAE and the Center for Association Leadership.
How to qualify as a Hosted Buyer
To qualify as hosted buyers, buyers must be responsible for planning, organising, recommending or making financial decisions for any of these events outside their home country:
corporate meetings and hospitality, incentive travel programs, association meetings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, promotional events, training programs
• US buyers should place business internationally (outside North America, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean), as well as domestically
• International buyers (from Latin America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa) should have a special interest in placing business within North America
Our Request to Hosted Buyers
We ask all hosted buyers to attend a minimum of four individual appointments per day, made via the Online Diary, in addition to the group appointments that we arrange. The Online Diary has search facilities by exhibitor, category, country and region allowing buyers to book appointments in advance.
