What is the Hosted Buyer Program?

The ultimate reason ensuring IMEX America is a sure-fire business success is the supreme buying power of IMEX hosted buyers from the US and around the globe.

IMEX hosted buyers are hand-picked, recommended and qualified by IMEX intermediaries as key decision-makers for major meetings, conventions and events. Reflecting their importance, hosted buyers travel and stay free as our guests. The hosted buyer program will make it easy for top buyers to attend the show, maximizing the sales potential for our exhibitors. For buyers it's the reason only top quality exhibitors will attend the show.

In 2011, the IMEX America hosted program will deliver over 2000 of America and the world’s top-spending meetings, incentives and association buyers – the largest-ever hosted buyer gathering at a US trade show. 80% will be from the USA, all of whom place business both in domestic and international markets. 20% will come from the rest of the world, with a special interest in buying in the US.

In addition a select group of 300 of the top US domestic producers, brought in by partners including Conference Direct, Experient, HelmsBriscoe and Maritz, will attend the show.

All hosted buyers are pre-qualified, are on the show floor for twice as long as trade attendees, arrive with pre-arranged appointment schedules and will have substantial business to place.
