Agency
Including incentive, business and conference travel agencies, full service incentive houses, conference organizers, sales and promotion agencies, marketing, PR and advertising agencies.
Association
From international or US institutes, federations or associations who organize congresses, conventions and meetings.
Corporate
Executives within companies involved with meetings, conferences and incentive travel programs. Buyers have responsibility for, or direct influence over, decisions regarding destinations and/or venues.
Essential Education
A series of educational seminars will be held before, during and after the exhibition, led by the industry trade associations. How to Visit
Buyers are invited to attend IMEX America either as part of the hosted buyer program or independently as trade visitors.
Hosted Buyers
IMEX America will run the largest hosted buyer program ever held in North America. Our hallmark program includes economy flights or first class train travel from selected destinations, overnight accommodation, transfers between the airport, hotel and exhibition, hosted buyer lounge access, exclusive registration facilities at the show plus access to the Online Diary.
To qualify for the hosted buyer program, buyers have to meet certain quality criteria and commit to attending four individual appointments per day at the show with exhibitors of their choice.

Visitors
Registering and attending IMEX America as a visitor is free of charge. Pre-registering for the show gives you access to exclusive accommodation discounts at the Venetian-Palazzo Headquarters Hotel, plus access to the Online Diary allowing you to set appointments with exhibitors of your choice before the show. Visitor registration will be available from six months prior to the show.
