Speaker guidelines
Session content

Sessions must be educational in nature and not feature overt marketing or direct selling for a single company or product, although mentions of products and services are acceptable to illustrate learning points. All submissions are reviewed on the merits of the content and have been chosen with relevance to the program. In short, sales pitches are not allowed!

Presentation slides

There’s no official IMEX PowerPoint template for speaker presentations so please prepare your own slides if you are in a space with AV. We are happy to receive these ahead of time and have them on the show laptops. Alternately, and bring to the show on a USB and bring these to the theater you will be presenting in at least 30 minutes prior – sooner is welcome too.
Note sessions are not recorded.

Fees

We don’t compensate speakers for travel or accommodations expenses or pay appearance fees. We view speaking opportunities at IMEX as mutually beneficial, an opportunity to present yourself and your ideas to an influential and engaged audience together with a chance to leverage PR opportunities.
